Senior Recital
During my last semester at ASU, I decided to combine my two major projects — my senior recital and my honors thesis. I thought for awhile about a topic that would lend itself to both a recital and a paper. I settled on writing about the Paris Conservatory during the German occupation of France during World War II. In my recital, I played bassoon contest pieces from the Conservatory from during or right around the time of the war. I also spoke a little about my topic between pieces.
